Then this position is for you! All about the function As a Junior HR Assistant/Recruiter at Spirit, you are an important link within our HR and marketing team. You ensure that the right candidates are found and approached, and you also contribute to Spirit's visibility as an employer. You work closely with colleagues to create job openings, select candidates, and guide them through the application process. Your proactive attitude and communication skills will ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and that the right match is made. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your creative ideas, for example when drafting job advertisements or developing marketing campaigns to position Spirit as an employer. You will not be doing this alone, but together with an enthusiastic and driven team. You will work together to find the best candidates and raise Spirit's profile as a leading organization in the hospitality industry.
