Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Alles over de functie Als Junior HR assistent/ recruiter bij Spirit ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen ons HR- en marketingteam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste kandidaten gevonden en benaderd worden, en draagt daarnaast bij aan de zichtbaarheid van Spirit als werkgever. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om vacatures op te stellen, kandidaten te selecteren en te begeleiden tijdens het sollicitatieproces. Door jouw proactieve houding en communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat het recruitmentproces soepel verloopt en de juiste match wordt gemaakt. Je krijgt ook de kans om jouw creatieve ideeën in te brengen, bijvoorbeeld bij het opstellen van vacatureteksten of het ontwikkelen van marketingcampagnes om Spirit als werkgever te positioneren. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar samen met een enthousiast en gedreven team. Jullie werken samen om de beste kandidaten te vinden én Spirit zichtbaar te maken als een toonaangevende organisatie in de hospitalitybranche. Hoe een werkdag eruit ziet Je begint de dag met een overleg met het HR-team om de openstaande vacatures en personeelsbehoefte te bespreken.
