En met die groei ontstaan mooie HR-uitdagingen. Als HR Junior Business Partner ben je een vertrouwde gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers binnen jouw regio. Je helpt bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat HR-beleid goed aansluit op de praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het HR-team en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in het HR-vak. Daarbij leer je niet alleen van ervaren HR-collega's, maar krijg je ook de kans om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en zichtbaar impact te maken. Jouw regio bestaat uit onze vestigingen in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Leeuwarden, Groningen en Zwaagdijk. Je bent regelmatig op locatie aanwezig en wisselt jouw zichtbaarheid op de vestigingen af. Wat ga je doen? Je schakelt dagelijks met leidinggevenden en medewerkers en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Daarbij combineer je een praktische aanpak met een scherp oog voor verbetering. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - Leidinggevenden en medewerkers adviseert en begeleidt bij HR-vraagstukken rondom verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en uitstroom - Een sparringpartner bent voor leidinggevenden en hen ondersteunt in hun rol als leider - Meewerkt aan HR-projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van Hallo - Samenwerkt met collega's binnen HR om te zorgen voor een eenduidige en professionele HR-aanpak - Knelpunten signaleert en meedenkt over verbeteringen in processen, beleid en werkwijzen Je werkt binnen een centraal HR-team samen met HR Support, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development en Recruitment.
