Als externe HR-partner begeleidt HireUp (www.hireup.be) ondernemingen in de zoektocht naar teamleden die écht bij hun bedrijf passen. Next level matchmaking: we kijken verder dan een cv en graven naar persoonlijkheid, drive en cultural fit.

HireUp is 2,5 jaar geleden van nul gestart, groeit snel en mikt hoog. Vandaag zijn we met twee, Laura en Margo, en is het tijd voor teamlid nummer drie: een gedreven Junior HR Consultant met hetzelfde vuur.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior HR Consultant leer je een aanwervingstraject van A tot Z: van ontdekken welk profiel onze klant nodig heeft tot de opvolging van het nieuwe teamlid. Je dagen zijn enorm gevarieerd. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

• Recruitment en matchmaking: niet enkel op cv, maar ook op persoonlijkheid én cultural fit

• Diepte-interviews afnemen: doorvragen tot je iemand écht snapt

• Assessments uitvoeren, interpreteren en toelichten, om een kandidaat tot in de diepte te leren kennen

• De vertrouwenspersoon van jouw klanten worden, met kwalitatief en eerlijk aanwervingsadvies

• Opvolgen, want het stopt niet bij een handtekening

En zo veel meer stappen die bij een aanwerving komen kijken. Jij leert ze allemaal.

Wie ben jij?

Bachelor op zak, HR in je hart. En verder:

• Heb je goesting om te leren, te groeien en hoger te mikken

• Ben je oprecht nieuwsgierig naar mensen en wat hen drijft

• Is snel schakelen jouw sterkte en ben je zowel communicatief als administratief sterk

• Ben je betrouwbaar: het team én de klanten kunnen op jou rekenen. Wat jij belooft, gebeurt.

• Ben je een teamplayer die ook graag en goed zelfstandig werkt
