Bij Buro Payroll ondersteunen we organisaties tijdelijk met HR- en salarisadministratie vraagstukken. Dat doen we bijvoorbeeld bij extra capaciteit, vervanging of wanneer specialistische kennis nodig is. Als HR Consultant voer je tijdelijke opdrachten uit bij verschillende organisaties, maar ben je altijd onderdeel van het team van Buro Payroll. Werken bij Buro Payroll? Buro Payroll is een consultancybureau gespecialiseerd in HR én salarisadministratie. Onze HR-consultants ondersteunen organisaties bij hun HR-processen, systemen en dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken. Dat gaat verder dan alleen administratie. Onze consultants zorgen ervoor dat de HR-basis goed draait, maar kijken ook verder. We ondersteunen managers bij HR-vraagstukken, helpen bij HR-projecten en signaleren waar processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Van instroom tot uitstroom. Van HR-administratie tot procesoptimalisatie. Van praktische vragen tot het verbeteren van HR-structuren. Omdat we werken op het snijvlak van HR en systemen, zien we vaak snel waar processen beter kunnen. Voornamelijk in AFAS, maar ook in de manier waarop organisaties hun HR-processen hebben ingericht. Samen met onze labels Peopletrack en checkX werken we dagelijks aan betere HR-processen bij onze opdrachtgevers. Wat je gaat doen als HR-consultant? Als junior HR Consultant werk je tijdelijk bij één of meerdere opdrachtgevers en ondersteun je hun HR-afdeling. De inhoud van je opdracht verschilt per organisatie.
