Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 1 (Junior) HR-Generalist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (Teilzeitoption ab 30 Stunden/Woche) Wir bieten dir

die Möglichkeit, bei der Weiterentwicklung der HR-Abteilung in Österreich mit dabei zu sein und so den Bereich People & Culture in Österreich aktiv mitzugestalten.

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion, vorzugsweise im Konzernumfeld

* Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse im Handels-KV

* Empathische und positive Persönlichkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Berufsbezogene ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung im gesamten Employee-Lifecycle (Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Employer Branding, Offboarding)

* Aktive Mitgestaltung von HR Prozessen sowie HR Guidelines

* Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Konzeption und Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung verschiedener HR Projekte

* Administrative Aufgaben wie Auswertungen, Präsentationen und allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
