Uren: 40 uur Locatie: Utrecht Ervaringsniveau: 0 tot 2 jaar werkervaring Wat ga je doen als HR Medewerker Onboarding Als HR Medewerker Onboarding zorg je dat onboardingactiviteiten zorgvuldig, tijdig en soepel verlopen. Je ondersteunt processen met lokale variaties en landelijke uitrol, met de nadruk op tweedelijnssupport. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met managers, recruitment, HR, het offshore-team, externe partners en toekomstige medewerkers. Je bent inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt, doet aanbevelingen en vertaalt knelpunten naar verbetervoorstellen voor de HR Operations Lead. In deze rol werk je aan: - Het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en het begeleiden van een correct ondertekeningsproces. - Het coördineren van het volledige onboardingproces, waaronder de uitbestede achtergrondcheck en registratie bij de immigratiedienst. - Het beantwoorden en oplossen van onboardingvragen, met bijzondere aandacht voor landspecifieke onderwerpen, HR-beleid en procedures rond onboarding en offboarding. - Het signaleren van risico's, bewaken van kwaliteit en doorlooptijden en ondernemen van passende actie. - Het vastleggen en opvolgen van vragen en werkzaamheden in het HR-ticketsysteem van SuccessFactors. - Het delen van lokale onboardingkennis en ondersteunen van het Workplace Specialist-team bij individuele onboarding- en offboardingcasussen. - Het samen met het o...
