Deze verantwoordelijkheden leer je stap voor stap samen met jouw manager en team in een trainingstraject:

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties
  • Actief prospecteren van nieuwe bedrijven binnen jouw markt
  • Adviseren van klanten over hun rekruteringsnoden
  • Schrijven en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatures
  • Zoeken, interviewen en screenen van kandidaten
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces
  • Voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten aan klanten
  • Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden en salarispakketten
  • Opvolgen van sollicitatieprocedures en feedbackmomenten
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk professioneel netwerk
  • Realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen
  • Evolueren naar een volwaardige consultant en marktspecialist
