Je doet veel meer dan vacatures vullen of administratie bijhouden. Jij brengt talent binnen, helpt collega's verder en bouwt actief mee aan een sterke bedrijfscultuur. Omdat we hard groeien, ligt niks vast in beton. Je krijgt alle ruimte om initiatief te nemen, te experimenteren en direct je stempel te drukken. Spreekt die vrijheid je aan? Dan voel je je bij ons snel thuis. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je bent betrokken bij verschillende onderdelen van HR en werkt nauw samen met het P&O-team en verschillende teamleads. Jouw focus ligt op: - Het ondersteunen van het volledige werving- en selectieproces: van vacatureplaatsing tot onboarding; - Het beheren van vacatures, kandidaten en sollicitatieprocedures in ons ATS; - Het beantwoorden van HR-vragen van collega's en leidinggevenden en fungeren als aanspreekpunt; - Het verwerken en beheren van de personeelsadministratie en dossiers in ons HRIS; - Het ondersteunen bij de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Het meedenken over employer branding en recruitmentcampagnes die ons werkgeversmerk versterken; - Het signaleren van kansen om HR-processen te verbeteren en het ...
