Junior HSE Specialist Wil jij jezelf ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied van veiligheid en Arbo en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving binnen een moderne productieomgeving? Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior HSE Specialist. In deze rol krijg je de kans om jouw kennis en ervaring verder uit te bouwen en een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan het verbeteren van veiligheid binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met het QESH-team en bent veel zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij veiligheidsvraagstukken, helpt risico's inzichtelijk te maken en draagt bij aan een cultuur waarin veilig werken vanzelfsprekend is. Heb je nog geen MVK-diploma, maar wel ervaring binnen veiligheid en de ambitie om hierin verder te groeien? Dan krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Als Junior HSE Specialist houd jij je bezig met: - Het ondersteunen bij het onderhouden en verbeteren van het veiligheidsbeleid; - Het vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen voor de werkvloer; - Het uitvoeren en opvolgen van risicoanalyses en RI&E-trajecten; - Het analyseren van incidenten en bijna-ongevallen en bijdragen aan verbetermaatregelen; - Het ondersteunen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij dagelijkse veiligheidsvraagstukken; - Het verzorgen van toolboxen, trainingen en veiligheidscommunicatie; - Het uitvoeren van interne controles en ondersteunen bij audits; - Het bijdragen aan het verbeteren van veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie; - Het ondersteunen van de BHV-organisatie en noodprocedures. Wij zoeken een enthousiaste professional die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen veiligheid. Je beschikt over: - Mbo+/Hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring binnen een productie-, technische of industriële omgeving; - Affiniteit met veiligheid, arbeidsomstandigheden en continu verbeteren; - Ervaring met bijvo...
