JUNIOR HYPOTHEEK PROFESSIONALS Je hebt je eerste stappen binnen het bank- of hypotheekvak gemaakt. B.v. als commercieel ondersteuner, service-adviseur of acceptant. Je wil verder; zelf met de klanten aan tafel om diens financiële situatie te ontleden en met een passend financieel plan te komen. Je wil verder groeien en je doelen bereiken. Hiervoor zoeken wij per direct talenten met ambities. In de rol van junior hypotheek professional informeer jij de klanten van de bank over Hypotheken en aanverwante producten als Sparen, Betalen, Verzekeren en Consumptieve Kredieten. Jij analyseert de klantsituatie en geeft hierover jouw beste advies. Na een inwerkperiode word je op projectmatige basis ingezet bij verschillende banken en andere geldverstrekkers als ING, ABNAMRO, Rabobank en Volksbank. De gemiddelde projectduur bedraagt circa 5 maanden waardoor je een superafwisselende en leerzame werkomgeving krijgt. De projecten worden afgestemd op jouw fase van ontwikkeling en carrière wensen. Gedurende het hele traject word je begeleid door je manager. Via stages - waar je al kan kennismaken met jouw toekomstige werkomgeving, doorstroomtrajecten, een Persoonlijk Ontwikkelplan (POP), vakopleidingen en steeds meer gekwalificeerde projecten groei je door binnen het hypotheekvak of in meer specialistische of coachende rollen.
