We hebben meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in het vak. Als Junior Implementation & Support Consultant combineer je klantcontact met inrichting en verbetering van onze software . Je helpt klanten via telefoon, klantportaal en e-mail, maar je vertaalt hun vragen ook naar slimme oplossingen in WISH. Je werkt daarmee midden tussen service, implementatie en ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? - Beantwoorden van eerstelijns klantvragen via klantportaal, telefoon en e-mail. - Oppakken van tweedelijns vragen in overleg met Hoofd Development en Product Owner. - Meedenken over de beste oplossing: is het een instelling, procesaanpassing of een wijziging in de software? - Inrichten en aanpassen van onderdelen van WISH (gebruikers, workflows, meldingen, rechten, configuratie). - Schrijven van duidelijke en beknopte user stories richting het developmentteam. - Uitvoeren van acceptatietesten op nieuwe features en fixes. - FAQ-lijsten en gebruikershandleidingen opstellen, actualiseren en uitbreiden. - Bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving door tijdige en heldere terugkoppeling. Kort gezegd: jij zorgt ervoor dat vragen niet blijven liggen, dat klanten vooruit kunnen én dat hun feedback wordt omgezet in concrete verbeteringen.
