- Junior importmedewerker Logistiek Junior importmedewerker Schiphol-Rijk € 2600 - € 3150 per maand 32-40 per week MBO Wil jij je eerste stappen zetten binnen de internationale logistiek en leren hoe een importproces van begin tot eind wordt begeleid? Als Junior Importmedewerker krijg je de mogelijkheid om het vak in de praktijk te leren. Je ondersteunt bij de administratieve afhandeling van importzendingen, verwerkt transportinformatie en hebt contact met klanten, vervoerders en andere betrokken partijen. Ervaring in de import is voor deze functie niet nodig. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's en krijgt de tijd om de verschillende werkzaamheden onder de knie te krijgen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers. Wat ga je doen? - Maakt importdossiers aan, controleert de gegevens en zorgt dat deze actueel blijven; - Verwerkt transport- en zendingsgegevens en controleert of de informatie volledig en juist is; - Neemt contact op met klanten, vervoerders en andere betrokken partijen wanneer gegevens ontbreken; - Ondersteunt bij douaneformaliteiten en helpt bij het organiseren van afleveringen; - Volgt lopende zendingen actief en zorgt dat wijzigingen tijdig bij de juiste personen bekend zijn. Wat breng je mee? - Beschik je over mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Heb je affiniteit met transport, logistiek en internationale handelsstromen; - Beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed; - Werk je gestructureerd en maak je nieuwe systemen snel eigen; - Ben je 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
