Je bent de schakel tussen consument en bedrijf en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen er beter van wordt. Hoe je dit doet? Je bent de hele dag in contact met verschillende consumenten. Zij bellen jou, of jij belt hen om een betalingsregeling te treffen. Het is dus belangrijk dat jij het leuk vindt om anderen telefonisch verder te helpen. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? - Consumenten bellen: Je neemt contact op met consumenten die een betalingsachterstand hebben. Je legt de situatie uit en zoekt samen naar een oplossing. - Betalingsregelingen treffen: Je maakt afspraken met consumenten over hoe ze hun schuld kunnen terugbetalen. Soms is dat in één keer, soms in termijnen. - Dossiers up-to-date houden: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie over de dossiers correct en volledig is. - Rapporten maken : Je houdt bij hoe het gaat met de incassoprocedures en maakt hierover rapporten.
