Jobomschrijving

  • Je ondersteunt de CEO bij de dagelijkse opvolging van uiteenlopende dossiers.
  • Je onderzoekt vragen en verzamelt zelfstandig de nodige technische en inhoudelijke informatie.
  • Je leest bestekken, contracten en technische documenten en brengt de belangrijkste aandachtspunten in kaart.
  • Je maakt heldere samenvattingen, nota's en presentaties ter voorbereiding van gesprekken en vergaderingen.
  • Je helpt bepalen welke dossiers dringend zijn en welke collega's of specialisten betrokken moeten worden.
  • Je volgt actiepunten en afspraken op en bewaakt de vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het plannen van afspraken, het beheren van de agenda en het voorbereiden van overlegmomenten.
  • Je onderhoudt professionele contacten met interne en externe gesprekspartners.
  • Je leert de organisatie en haar technische projecten steeds beter kennen.
  • Je hebt een diploma ingenieur of een andere relevante technische opleiding.
  • Je bent leergierig en wilt technische kennis combineren met organisatie, communicatie en bedrijfsinzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je stap voor stap vertelt wat je moet doen.
  • Je bent analytisch, praktisch ingesteld en zoekt zelfstandig naar antwoorden.
  • Je communiceert helder en kunt complexe informatie begrijpelijk samenvatten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans; kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je kunt omgaan met onverwachte vragen en veranderende prioriteiten.
