Als inkomensconsulent beoordeel je aanvragen binnen de Participatiewet en voer je rechtmatigheidsonderzoeken uit. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan het dossier: je brengt de situatie van inwoners in kaart en begeleidt hen richting werk of participatie. Je combineert juridische nauwkeurigheid met een betrokken en oplossingsgerichte aanpak. Via Interwork werk je aan afwisselende opdrachten met maatschappelijke impact. Over de rol (Jouw werk) • Beoordeelt aanvragen, heronderzoeken en wijzigingen van uitkeringen (Participatiewet). • Verwerkt inkomensgegevens en stelt beschikkingen op. • Voert gesprekken met inwoners over rechten, plichten en maatwerkvoorzieningen. • Signaleert fraude, terugvorderingen en handhavingsvraagstukken tijdig. • Draagt bij aan kennisdeling en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen het Interwork-netwerk. Wat jij meebrengt • HBO-niveau, bijvoorbeeld SJD, MER, of Rechten. • Gemeentelijke ervaring als klantmanager, consulent inkomen of handhavingsspecialist. • Grondige kennis van de Participatiewet, IOAW, IOAZ en aanverwante wetgeving. • Communicatief sterk en analytisch: jij kunt menselijkheid en regelgeving combineren. Nice to have: ervaring met systemen als Suite4Werk, Civision of GWS4All. Ons aanbod • Detacheringscontract via Interwork met uitzicht op een vaste samenwerking. • Salarisindicatie: €3.500 - €5.033 o.b.v. 36 uur per week (afhankelijk van ervaring). • Leaseauto of reiskostenvergoeding, laptop en telefoon van de zaak. • Persoonlijke begeleiding door jouw vaste 360°-adviseur: één aanspreekpunt van A tot Z. • Toegang tot een warm netwerk van professionals binnen het Sociaal Domein.
