Landelijk Dienstencentrum | Uniceflaan 1 Utrecht HBO 32 tot en met 36 uur Tijdelijk, met uitzicht op een vast contract € 3.496,31 - € 5.535,40 Als (Junior) Inkoopadviseur ben je een onmisbare sparringpartner voor de Rechtspraak. Met jouw kennis van inkoop en (Europese) aanbestedingen draag je bij aan een professionele, transparante én duurzame bedrijfsvoering. Jij overziet het hele inkoopproces: van marktverkenning en het opstellen van eisen en wensen tot het begeleiden van de aanbesteding en het borgen van de afspraken in de contractfase. Naast jouw adviserende rol voer je ook contractmanagement uit op een aantal HRM- en/of facilitaire contracten. Door jouw scherpe blik, heldere adviezen en gestructureerde aanpak zorg je dat processen soepel verlopen en afspraken worden nagekomen. Wat ga je doen? Als (Junior) Inkoopadviseur adviseer en begeleid je collega's binnen de Rechtspraak bij inkoop- en (Europese) aanbestedingstrajecten. Je bent goed op de hoogte van wet- en regelgeving, relevante kaders en marktontwikkelingen, en weet deze te vertalen naar praktisch en haalbaar advies. Je bent actief betrokken bij de volledige inkoopcyclus. Dat betekent onder andere: - uitvoeren van marktverkenningen en het opstellen van inkoopstrategieën; - formuleren van eisen en wensen; - voorbereiden en begeleiden van aanbestedingen; - opstellen van aanbestedingsdocumenten en inkoopdossiers; - meewerken aan contractvorming en administratieve vastlegging.
