Functie omschrijving: - Aanmaken en verwerken van inkooporders; - Beheren en verrijken van productgegevens; - Actueel houden van de voorraadadministratie; - Analyseren van verkoop-, voorraad- en bestelgegevens; - Signaleren wanneer producten moeten worden bijbesteld; - Ondersteunen bij voorraadprognoses voor de komende maanden en seizoenen; - Vastleggen en beheren van prijsafspraken en condities met leveranciers; - Meedenken over het verder inrichten en optimaliseren van ons voorraad- en inkoopproces. Profielschets inkoopmedewerker: - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde of Commerciële Economie; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent analytisch sterk; - Je vindt het leuk om met cijfers, data en processen bezig te zijn; - Je bent proactief en ziet verbeterkansen; - Ervaring met Exact is een pré; - Ervaring met Power BI is een pré; - Goede kennis van Excel is een pluspunt; - Ervaring is niet noodzakelijk; motivatie, leergierigheid en een analytische instelling vinden wij belangrijker.
