Je vergelijkt offertes, houdt levertijden scherp in de gaten en zorgt dat bestellingen correct worden verwerkt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit logistiek, productie en kwaliteit om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Je verdiept je in leveranciersprestaties, verzamelt data en signaleert afwijkingen. Wanneer je kansen ziet voor scherpere afspraken of betere processen, breng je dit direct onder de aandacht. Zo draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van de inkoopketen. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak. Je leert hoe je leveranciers beoordeelt, hoe je onderhandelingen voorbereidt en hoe tactische keuzes worden gemaakt. Een rol met veel variatie én groeiperspectief. Jouw werkzaamheden - Plaatsen en opvolgen van inkooporders; - Vergelijken van offertes en controleren van prijsafspraken; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers over levertijden en afwijkingen; - Bijdragen aan analyses en rapportages van leveranciersprestaties; - Afstemmen van materiaalbehoeften met interne afdelingen; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen het inkoopproces. Wat heb jij in huis? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Supply Chain Management, Logistiek Management of (Technische) Bedrijfskunde; - Interesse in inkoopprocessen en leveranciersmanagement; - Nauwkeurige manier van werken en gevoel voor structuur; - Communicatief sterk en gemotiveerd om te leren; - Proactieve houding en oog voor procesverbetering.
