Als Junior Inkoper ondersteun je de aankoopwerking binnen een productieomgeving waar beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en timing cruciaal zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren Senior Aankoop Officer en krijgt zo de kans om je stap voor stap te ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandige aankoopprofessional.

Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met leverancierscontacten, analyse en probleemoplossing. Tegelijk denk je mee over hoe aankoopprocessen slimmer en digitaler kunnen worden georganiseerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt leveranciersvoorstellen en verwerkt bestellingen in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Je volgt orderbevestigingen, levertermijnen en minimumvoorraden nauwgezet op zodat productie over de nodige materialen beschikt.
  • Je controleert aankoopprijzen en leveranciersvoorwaarden en verwerkt dringende aanvragen vanuit productie.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en grijpt in bij laattijdige leveringen, tekorten of andere afwijkingen.
  • Je registreert en volgt NCR's op en bewaakt afspraken rond kwaliteit, prijs, levering en service.
  • Je ondersteunt voorraadanalyses en aankooprapporteringen in overleg met productie, planning, magazijn en kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt mee aan digitalisering, automatisering en optimalisatie van aankoop- en voorraadprocessen.
  • Bachelor denkniveau gecombineerd met minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een administratieve of inkoopgerichte rol.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en gestructureerde manier van werken, ook bij drukte.
  • Goede kennis van Excel en Microsoft 365; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt (nice-to-have).
  • Communicatief vaardig en vlot in contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en gewend om meerdere dossiers gelijktijdig op te volgen.
  • Oplossingsgericht en proactief, je neemt initiatief in opvolging, verbeteringen en digitalisering.
  • Interesse in digitalisering, AI-tools zoals Copilot en ChatGPT en werken met moderne digitale omgevingen.
