Dan is deze functie als Junior Inkoper / Planner een mooie volgende stap. Voor een technische organisatie in Noord-Nederland zoeken wij een Junior Inkoper / Planner. Je werkt in een praktische omgeving waarin projecten, materialen en capaciteit continu op elkaar afgestemd moeten worden. Samen met een ervaren Inkoper / Planner vorm je de afdeling Inkoop & Planning en krijg je volop de mogelijkheid om het vak in de praktijk te leren. Functie-informatie Als Junior Inkoper / Planner zorg jij er samen met je collega voor dat materialen tijdig worden ingekocht en dat de personeels- en projectplanning goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je ondersteunt bij het plaatsen en bewaken van bestellingen, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en stemt met projectleiders af wat er wanneer nodig is. Tegelijkertijd houd je je bezig met de planning. Je helpt bij het maken van de wekelijkse personeels- en projectplanning en kijkt mee naar de capaciteit op langere termijn. Daarbij kan de situatie gedurende de dag veranderen door spoedwerkzaamheden, wijzigingen binnen projecten of veranderende levertijden. Juist daarom is het belangrijk dat je overzicht houdt, snel kunt schakelen en prioriteiten weet te stellen. Je hoeft nog geen ervaren inkoper of planner te zijn. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met een ervaren collega die je meeneemt in zowel het inkoop- als planningsproces.
