Voor een internationale speler actief binnen de IT-sector zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Inside Sales Hunter.

Het bedrijf ondersteunt organisaties met verschillende IT-oplossingen en diensten en blijft sterk inzetten op groei en het uitbouwen van langdurige klantenrelaties.

Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Inside Sales Hunter combineer je new business, inside sales en klantencontact.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is het actief contacteren van nieuwe potentiële klanten. Je gaat telefonisch prospecteren, ontdekt hun noden en probeert commerciële opportuniteiten te creëren.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Account Managers. Je ondersteunt hen bij de verdere opvolging van klanten en opportuniteiten en krijgt zo de kans om geleidelijk aan je eigen klantenportefeuille uit te bouwen.

  • Actief prospecteren en telefonisch contacteren van nieuwe B2B-klanten.
  • Nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten identificeren en creëren.
  • Leads opvolgen en afspraken inplannen voor de Account Managers.
  • Bestaande klanten en prospecten telefonisch en per mail contacteren.
  • De noden van klanten begrijpen en hen informeren over de mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Account Managers ondersteunen bij de opvolging van klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Offertes, contracten en andere commerciële documenten opvolgen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne teams.
  • Je klantenportefeuille en commerciële opportuniteiten correct opvolgen in het CRM.
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen.

Als toekomstige Junior Inside Sales Hunter beschik je over het volgend profiel:

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en durft actief nieuwe klanten te contacteren.
  • Je bent communicatief en legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten.
  • Je hebt een proactieve en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt interesse in IT en technologie en staat open om hierin bij te leren.
  • Je bent georganiseerd en werkt graag samen met anderen.
