Als (Junior) Intercedent ga je aan de slag op onze vestiging in Amersfoort. Samen met een enthousiast team zorg je ervoor dat de vestiging blijft groeien. Je begint de dag met een teamoverleg en gaat daarna direct aan de slag met kandidaten en klanten. De afwisseling in jouw taken zorgt ervoor dat je veel leert en jezelf kunt ontwikkelen.

Dit ga je doen:- Kandidaten zoeken en matchen met jouw opdrachtgevers - Kennismakingsgesprekken voeren en kandidaten begeleiden - Contact onderhouden met klanten en de samenwerking verder uitbouwen - Vacatures uitzenden in samenwerking met recruitment en marketing - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en resultaten

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:30 tot 17:00 uur.
