Je volgt ons opleidingsprogramma en werkt daarnaast voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers. De functie Jonge talenten zijn een aanwinst voor elke organisatie! Waarom? Met hun frisse blik, leergierigheid en ambitie brengen zij een andere, nieuwe energie en zijn zij in staat om buiten de gebaande paden te lopen. Als junior interim-manager word je op uitdagende facilitaire interim opdrachten geplaatst bij aansprekende organisaties door heel Nederland. Deze opdrachten variëren van facilitair coördinator tot junior projectleider en duren gemiddeld enkele maanden tot maximaal één jaar. Hierbij kan je denken aan; het opzetten van een servicedesk, het assisteren van de facilitair manager of het voorbereiden van een verhuizing. Opdrachten zijn mogelijk in verschillende branches; van zorg en overheid tot onderwijs en zakelijke dienstverlening. Naast je rol als junior interim-manager, neem je deel aan een tweejarig traineeship, het Young Professional Programma. Hierin bieden we je een uitdagend opleidingsprogramma om je zowel op inhoudelijk als op persoonlijk vlak verder te ontwikkelen. Met het programma word je klaargestoomd voor een carrière in het facilitaire werkveld. Samen met andere young professionals volg je om de week op vrijdag een trainingsdag met gerichte trainingen, intervisies en masterclasses om je kennis te vergroten. Het programma is opgedeeld in verschillende themablokken zoals succesvol presenteren, adviseren & leiderschap projectmanagement. We geven je de ruimte om te groeien en bieden je de kans om met leeftijdsgenoten én seniors te sparren.
