Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Die interne Revision ist eine vom Vorstand der card complete eingerichtete unabhängige Funktion und ein integraler Bestandteil des internen Kontrollsystems, die Kontrollen der dritten Ebene durchführt. Sie übt eine unabhängige, objektive Sicherungs- und Beratungstätigkeit aus, um das interne Kontrollsystem der Bank zu bewerten, zu verbessern und einen Mehrwert zu schaffen.

Für unsere interne Revision sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Junior Auditor, der anspruchsvolle Audits und Projekte im Haus unterstützt und unseren Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprozess weiter vorantreibt.

* Unterstützung des Internal Audit Teams bei Prüfungen und Projektabwicklungen

* Analyse und Beurteilung von Geschäftsprozessen aus Risiko-/Kontrollsicht

* Durchführung risikobasierter Analysen, Bewertung und Mitwirkung bei der Beurteilung relevanter interner und regulatorischer Anforderungen

* Prüfung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben gemäß BWG, ZaDiG, FMA- und EZB-Requirements

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Revisionsberichten sowie Nachverfolgung der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen

* Support beim Kontakt mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (z.B. FMA/OeNB)

* Verfassen von Berichten in englischer Sprache für das Management und die Fachbereiche

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Wirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Finanzen, o. ä.)

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im internen/externen Audit im Banken- oder Zahlungsdienstleister-Umfeld

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu erfassen

* Fachkenntnisse der österreichischen und europäischen Bankenregulierung, insbesondere BWG, ZaDiG, MaRisk, EBA- und EZB, sowie der österreichischen IKT-bezogenen Gesetzgebung (z. B. Datenschutz, Bankgeheimnis) wünschenswert

* Berufsspezifische Zertifizierungen wie CIA, CISA, o.ä. von Vorteil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell (Gleitzeit; Telearbeit)

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position beginnt bei € 56.000 (Vollzeit - All-in). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Wir legen Wert auf eine marktkonforme und faire Vergütung.
