Bij SKYbits helpen we zelfstandigen en KMO’s om hun IT eenvoudig, betrouwbaar en toekomstgericht te maken. Van Microsoft 365 en netwerken tot VoIP, back-ups, hardware en cybersecurity: we zorgen ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen werken zonder zich zorgen te maken over hun IT.

Om ons team verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior IT Consultant met een passie voor technologie én voor mensen.

Je hoeft nog geen IT-expert te zijn. Een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid, logisch denkvermogen en goesting om bij te leren vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior IT Consultant word je mee verantwoordelijk voor de IT-omgeving van onze klanten. Je werkt zowel op locatie bij klanten als vanop afstand.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van computers, laptops en randapparatuur
  • Ondersteunen en beheren van Microsoft 365-omgevingen
  • Installeren en optimaliseren van netwerkapparatuur, WiFi, switches, routers en firewalls
  • Problemen analyseren en oplossen bij klanten of via remote support
  • Ondersteunen bij back-up- en beveiligingsoplossingen
  • Installeren en ondersteunen van VoIP- en telefonieoplossingen
  • Gebruikers helpen bij technische vragen en hen op een duidelijke manier uitleg geven
  • Meewerken aan IT-projecten en migraties
  • Klanten adviseren over praktische IT-oplossingen
  • Je kennis voortdurend uitbreiden en nieuwe technologieën leren kennen

We zoeken vooral iemand die techniek graag combineert met klantencontact.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een opleiding in IT gevolgd of hebt gelijkwaardige praktische kennis
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in IT en technologie
  • Je kunt logisch nadenken en problemen stap voor stap analyseren
  • Je bent communicatief en klantvriendelijk
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook graag onderdeel van een team
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technologieën
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit: liever zoeken naar een oplossing dan zeggen dat iets niet kan
  • Je kunt technische zaken begrijpelijk uitleggen aan niet-technische gebruikers
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B

Kennis van Microsoft 365, Windows, netwerken, TCP/IP, VLAN’s, firewalls of VoIP is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. We verwachten van een junior vooral de juiste ingesteldheid en de motivatie om hierin verder te groeien
