Als IT medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk over onderstaand takenpakket:

  • Ondersteunen van medewerkers bij IT-gerelateerde vragen en problemen.
  • Beheer en configuratie van werkstations, laptops en gebruikersaccounts.
  • Opmaken, verbeteren en onderhouden van Excel-rapporteringen en analyses.
  • Ondersteunen bij dashboards en BI-rapportering.
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatie van interne processen en datastromen.
  • Ondersteunen bij IT-projecten en systeemverbeteringen.
  • Hands-on meewerken aan dagelijkse operationele IT-taken op verschillende sites.

Voor deze functie als IT-medewerker heb je een diploma in een ICT-gerelateerde opleiding of kan je relevante ervaring aantonen die gelijkwaardig is.

We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde collega met volgende competenties:

  • Uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft Excel (formules, draaitabellen, Power Query, …).
  • Interesse in of ervaring met BI-tools zoals Power BI, Tableau of gelijkaardige tools.
  • Interesse in of ervaring met netwerken en security.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft 365.
  • Basiskennis van Active Directory en Windows 11.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Bereidheid om tussen verschillende sites te werken en operationeel aanwezig te zijn in de warehouseomgeving.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken maar ook een echte teamplayer zijn.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook Engels.
  • Rijbewijs B is een pluspunt.
