Bij Skrepr Tech zoeken we een Junior IT Specialist die enthousiast wordt van techniek, klantcontact en het oplossen van IT-vraagstukken. Je werkt vanaf het begin mee aan echte klantomgevingen. Uiteraard sta je er niet alleen voor: onze ervaren IT-specialisten begeleiden je en helpen je om steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior IT Specialist ondersteun je onze klanten en werk je mee aan uiteenlopende IT-projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Installeren en configureren van werkplekken, Microsoft 365-omgevingen en netwerkapparatuur. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij technische vragen en IT-problemen. - Oplossen van incidenten, zowel op afstand als bij klanten op locatie. - Beheren en optimaliseren van IT-omgevingen, netwerken en cloudoplossingen. - Meewerken aan projecten rondom Microsoft 365, Azure, security, UniFi-netwerken en 3CX-telefonie. - Uitvoeren van controles, updates en andere beheerwerkzaamheden. - Vastleggen van werkzaamheden en oplossingen in onze documentatie- en ticketsystemen. - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over passende oplossingen voor onze klanten. - Werken volgens onze procedures op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en ISO 27001. Naarmate je kennis en ervaring toenemen, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ga je werkzaamheden zelfstandig uitvoeren. Vereisten - Je volgt een mbo-opleiding op niveau 4 of een hbo-opleiding in de richting van IT (of je hebt deze afgerond). - Je hebt basiskennis van Microsoft 365, Windows, netwerken en IT-security. - Werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons zijn jouw motivatie en leergierigheid belangrijker. - Je vindt het ...
