Aktuell suchen wir 1 Junior IT System Administrator_in (w/m/d) - Modern Workplace Vollzeit / Frohnleiten

Deine Aufgaben

* Entra ID & Intune: Du verwaltest Benutzer:innen, Gruppen, Geräte und Richtlinien und setzt MFA sowie Conditional Access um

* Microsoft 365: Du betreust M365, Exchange Online, Teams und Lizenzen und unterstützt bei Störungen

* 2nd Level Support: Du unterstützt Anwender:innen bei komplexeren IT-Anfragen persönlich, telefonisch und per Remote-Zugriff

* Modern Workplace & VDI: Du begleitest die Ablöse von Citrix durch Omnissa Horizon und betreust die neue Umgebung

* IT-Infrastruktur: Du unterstützt bei Servern, Backup und Netzwerk und übernimmst nach der Einschulung eigene Aufgaben

* Automatisierung & KI: Du optimierst wiederkehrende IT-Aufgaben mit PowerShell und unterstützt Fachbereiche beim Einsatz moderner KI-Lösungen

Dein Profil

* IT-Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, IT-Lehre, Kolleg, FH) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung

* Entra ID & Intune: Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Entra ID und Intune mit

* Microsoft 365: Du hast Erfahrung mit M365 und Exchange Online

* Windows & Active Directory: Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in Windows, Active Directory und Netzwerken

* Lernbereitschaft: Server, VMware, Veeam, Citrix, Omnissa Horizon und Switching musst du nicht mitbringen - wir arbeiten dich ein

* VDI-Erfahrung: Erfahrung mit Citrix oder einer anderen VDI-Lösung ist ein Plus

* Serviceorientierung: Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und findest auch bei komplexeren IT-Fragen lösungsorientierte Wege
