Wir suchen: 1 Junior IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d) Für ein modernes Unternehmen mit mehreren Filialen suchen wir eine IT-affine Persönlichkeit, die sich um Computer, Netzwerke und Systeme im täglichen Betrieb kümmert.

Deine Aufgaben

Computer & Systeme

* Installation, Betreuung und Wartung von Computern, Kassensystemen und IT-Anwendungen

* Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune)

* Mitarbeit bei der Modernisierung der IT (z. B. Windows 11, Cloud-Lösungen)

Netzwerk & Sicherheit

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs von Internet, WLAN und Netzwerken in allen Shops

* Mitarbeit bei IT-Sicherheitsprojekten (z. B. Virenschutz, Zugriffskontrollen)

* Unterstützung des Security-Teams bei Prüfungen und technischen Kontrollen

Support

* Unterstützung bei IT-Problemen in den Shops (z. B. Kasse, PC, WLAN)

* Arbeiten mit Ticketsystemen (Jira) und saubere Dokumentation der Lösungen

* Verständliche Erklärung technischer Themen für Kolleg_innen ohne IT-Hintergrund

* Rufbereitschaft nach Vereinbarung (05:00 - 22:00 Uhr)

* Alle 1-2 Monate Dienstreisen innerhalb Österreichs

* 1 Tag pro Woche Home Office möglich

Dein Profil

Must-have

* IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der Systemadministration (mindestens 2 Jahre)

* Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD und Intune

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice-to-have

* Erfahrung mit Cisco Meraki oder vergleichbarer Netzwerktechnik

* Erfahrung im Retail- oder Shop-Umfeld

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security
