Je krijgt de kans om je te ontwikkelen en verantwoordelijkheden te nemen bij het oplossen van juridische vraagstukken met maatschappelijke impact. Je werkt samen met collega's en management om juridische risico's en mogelijkheden te identificeren en vertalen naar praktische adviezen. Verantwoordelijkheden - Adviseren over bestuursrechtelijke en privaatrechtelijke vraagstukken binnen Zorg & Welzijn, Onderwijs, Sport & Cultuur en Werk & Inkomen, onder begeleiding van een senior adviseur. - Toetsen van beleid, besluiten, overeenkomsten en juridische documenten. - Ondersteunen bij bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. - Volgen van relevante ontwikkelingen in wetgeving en jurisprudentie en deze vertalen naar de gemeentelijke praktijk. - Behandelen van eenvoudige tot gemiddeld complexe dossiers, met ondersteuning van ervaren collega's. - Actief bijdragen aan kennisdeling, juridische kwaliteitszorg en eigen professionele ontwikkeling.
