- Junior Juridisch medewerker bezwaar - Eindhoven - • HBO - • 32-38 uur - • Fulltime Over de functie Als juridisch medewerker bezwaar draag je bij aan het zorgvuldig en juridisch correct behandelen van bezwaarschriften binnen het sociaal zekerheidsrecht en de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb). Je werkt zelfstandig aan je eigen dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat beslissingen helder, rechtvaardig en goed onderbouwd zijn. In deze rol krijg je te maken met uitdagende juridische vraagstukken en werk je nauw samen met andere professionals binnen een collegiaal team. Wat je gaat doen: - Analyseren: beoordelen van ingediende bezwaarschriften en toetsen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Beslissen: opstellen van beslissingen op bezwaar (BOB) en voorbereiden van hoorzittingen. - Communiceren: onderhouden van contact met cliënten, belanghebbenden en interne specialisten zoals juristen, arbeidsdeskundigen en verzekeringsartsen. - Bewaken: zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte afhandeling van je dossiers en het bewaken van de voortgang. - Bijdragen: meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en het delen van kennis binnen het team.
