Als (Junior) KAM-coördinator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het borgen en verbeteren van kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieu binnen de organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bouwprocessen veilig, zorgvuldig en toekomstbestendig worden uitgevoerd. Je voert werkbezoeken en inspecties uit op projectlocaties en toetst deze aan geldende normen zoals VCA, ISO 9001 en ISO 14001 . Op basis van jouw bevindingen signaleer je risico's en draag je verbetervoorstellen aan. Daarnaast werk je mee aan het ontwikkelen en uitrollen van veiligheidscampagnes en toolboxen, waarmee je collega's bewust maakt van veilig werken. Je houdt je bezig met administratieve KAM-taken, volgt actuele wet- en regelgeving en geeft gevraagd én ongevraagd advies aan collega's en projectteams. In deze rol werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen en krijg je de ruimte om KAM steeds verder te integreren in de bouwprocessen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Jij bent leergierig, communicatief sterk en hebt affiniteit met veiligheid en de bouwsector. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden; - Je werkt proactief en kunt zelfstandig taken oppakken; - Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig; - Je hebt interesse in KAM, veiligheid en wet- en regelgeving; - Je bent bereid jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied; - Je vindt het leuk om zowel op kantoor als op projectlocaties actief te zijn.
