Samen met Account Managers, Commercial Assistants, Demand Planners, Order Planners en andere collega's werk je iedere dag aan sterke klantrelaties en een soepel commercieel proces. Je ondersteunt bij klantcontact, helpt commerciële voorstellen voorbereiden en volgt gemaakte afspraken zorgvuldig op. Ook denk je mee over klantprioriteiten, commerciële kansen en acties die voortkomen uit het klantteamoverleg. Zo leer je de klanten, processen en markt steeds beter kennen en groei je stap voor stap in je rol binnen Sales. In deze rol houd jij je onder andere bezig met: - Het ondersteunen bij het beheren van relaties met toegewezen klanten en contactpersonen; - Het signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze samen met de Account Manager en het klantteam vertalen naar concrete acties; - Het voorbereiden van calculaties, offertes en commerciële voorstellen op basis van klantaanvragen; - Het voorbereiden en opvolgen van acties uit het klantteamoverleg, bijvoorbeeld rondom klantprioriteiten, tenders, offertes en praktische acties of verbeterpunten; - Het leren werken met salesdata, klantinzichten en resultaten om verbeterkansen te herkennen; - Het samenwerken met Commercial Assistants en collega's vanuit Planning en Orderverwerking om klantafspraken helder over te dragen, voortgang te bewaken en resultaten inzichtelijk te maken. - Commercieel ingesteld bent en energie krijgt van klantcontact, samenwerken en resultaat behalen in een klantteam; - Beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële, bedrijfskundige of vergelijkbare richting; - Gest...
