Voor een zelfstandig bankkantoor in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we op zoek naar een junior klantenadviseur! Je komt terecht in een klein team waar overleg, ondersteuning en open communicatie centraal staan.

Je start met een opleidingsperiode waarin je start met algemene bankzaken. Je helpt klanten verder met hun basisvragen om je daarna stap per stap te verdiepen in de wereld van kredieten. Samen met je klanten bespreek je hun noden naar kredieten. Al gaat het over de aankoop van hun wagen, hun woning, renovaties, andere investeringen,... Je neemt hem volledig mee in alle opties.

Je wordt verwacht zelf je afspraken in te plannen. Hoe doet je dat? Door klanten te helpen die spontaan binnenwandelen, door warme leads op te volgen, door binnenkomende afspraken via het systeem,...

Klaar voor een commerciële uitdaging? Binnen deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

- Recent is afgestudeerd binnen een economische bachelor of master. Al werkervaring? Dan heb je idealiter ook een hoger diploma op zak en combineer je dit met ervaring binnen een commerciële job! - Spreek je perfect Nederlands. - Ben je commercieel en enthousiast ingesteld maar kan je je tegelijkertijd ook aan bepaalde procedures en stappenplannen houden. - Wil je graag voltijds werken. Een 4/5de invulling valt eventueel te bespreken.
