Als Junior Klantendienstmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen bij vragen en problemen en zorgt voor een vlotte, vriendelijke en professionele service. Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn: via opleidingen en coaching leer je alles over onze producten, systemen en manier van werken.

Wat ga je doen als junior klantendienstmedewerker?

  • Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Vragen beantwoorden over bestellingen, leveringen, facturen en eenvoudige technische problemen (B2C & B2B)
  • Stap voor stap productkennis opbouwen via interne opleidingen
  • Klantendossiers correct registreren en opvolgen
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en coaches om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening
  • Mee zorgen voor een positieve klantervaring

We zoeken een gemotiveerd Junior klantendienstmedewerker met interesse in klantendienst en service:

  • Je bent een schoolverlater of hebt al een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug;
  • Je hebt interesse in klantendienst, customer care of e-commerce;
  • Je communiceert vlot en correct in het Nederlands;
  • Je bent leergierig, positief ingesteld en neemt initiatief;
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband;
  • Je hebt basiskennis van MS Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen;
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (of eigen wagen)
