Wir bei der SW Automatisierung GmbH sind Spezialisten für innovative Lösungen in der automatischen Drahtkonfektionierung für den Schaltschrankbau.

Wir entwickeln und fertigen WireTerminals sowie Zubehör und Ersatzteile praxisnah, effizient und aus eigener Branchenerfahrung. Unser Anspruch: Prozesse vereinfachen, Qualität steigern und unsere Kunden mit durchdachter Technik und persönlicher Betreuung nachhaltig voranbringen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n engagierte_n 1 Junior Konstrukteur_in/Entwickler_in für Maschinenbau (m/w/d)

auf Vollzeitbasis, mit technischem Verständnis, sowie Interesse an unseren Maschinen und technischen Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben:

º Weiterentwicklung von Maschinen im Designteam

º Serienüberleitung und Produktpflege

º Einbringung eigener innovativer Ideen

º Erstellung der Fertigungszeichnungen und der jeweiligen Stücklisten

º Ansprechpartner:in für Lieferanten

Dein Profil:

º Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, Meisterprüfung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

º Kenntnisse/Ausbildung in der mechanischen Konstruktion mit 3D-CAD sowie in der Bauteileverwaltung

º Begeisterung für Entwicklungsthemen

º Eigenständige, effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

º Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Hands-On Mentalität

º MS-Office sowie ERP Kenntnisse

º Weiterbildungsbereitschaft

Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeiter:innen ein markt- und leistungsgerechtes Einkommen, abhängig von der Qualifikation und Erfahrung, welches wir im Zuge der Bewerbungsgespräche gemeinsam festlegen und die Kollektivvertragswerte überschreiten kann.
