Je werkt aan kostenramingen en investeringsanalyses voor projecten in woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw, van planfase tot realisatie. - Opstellen van kostenramingen en begrotingen voor bouwprojecten; - Uitvoeren van investeringsanalyses en haalbaarheidsonderzoeken; - Adviseren over duurzaamheid, opbrengsten en risico's; - Onderhouden van klantcontact en afstemmen van adviezen. Je groeit door naar senior adviseur of specialiseert je in duurzaamheid en circulair bouwen.
