HypoConnect is een Belgische krediet- en verzekeringsmakelaar. Bij HypoConnect is geen enkel verhaal hetzelfde. We werken op maat samen met makelaars om de beste kredietoplossing te vinden. We bieden verschillende producten aan, waaronder:

  • HypoSelect: Schuldsaldoverzekering die het uitstaande saldo dekt van je hypotheeklening bij overlijden.
  • HypoStart: Sociale leningen die mensen helpt in de aankoop van hun 1ste woning.

HypoConnect is het grootste commercieel platform voor hypothecair krediet en is daarmee de referentie in België voor meer dan 700 makelaars, met het grootste aanbod in de markt en dit zowel op vlak van kredieten als verzekeringen. HypoConnect is een financiële speler met een menselijk gezicht die de ambitie heeft om te blijven groeien en zoekt enthousiaste medewerkers om hieraan bij te dragen en is momenteel op zoek naar een Kredietanalist.

Jobomschrijving

Als Kredietanalist ga je op efficiënte wijze analyse doen inzake de haalbaarheid van een kredietaanvraag qua solvabiliteit van de kredietnemers en het acceptatiekader voor de betrokken kredietmaatschappij. Je bent het aansprekingspunt voor de co-makelaar van HypoConnect en de kredietmaatschappijen en draagt zorg voor de voorbereiding, verwerking, het beheer en de afwikkeling van de kredieten.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden

Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve verwerking van kredietdossiers. Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het analyseren en opvolgen van kredietaanvragen.
  • Het verzamelen en controleren van dossierinformatie.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met makelaars, kredietgevers en andere stakeholders.
  • Het bewaken van deadlines en het opvolgen van lopende dossiers.
  • Het actief meedenken over verbeteringen van processen en dienstverlening.
  • Het bijdragen aan een kwalitatieve en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met ervaren collega's die hun expertise graag met jou delen.

Wie ben jij? Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk jaren ervaring te hebben. We vinden motivatie, nauwkeurigheid en leergierigheid minstens even belangrijk. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een economische richting.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan gestructureerd werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en hebt interesse in financiële dienstverlening.
  • Ervaring binnen de krediet-, bank- of verzekeringssector is een plus.
