The posting

Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming binnen de voedingsindustrie in regio Roeselare ben ik op zoek naar een Junior Kwaliteitsmedewerker die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Je komt terecht in een familiale productieomgeving waar je onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega de nodige kennis en ervaring opbouwt. In deze functie krijg je een brede kijk op kwaliteitsopvolging en ben je dagelijks aanwezig op de productievloer. Je combineert controles, analyses en administratieve opvolging met een hands-on aanpak en werkt nauw samen met productie en de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je ondersteunt de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse opvolging van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen productie en verpakking.
  • Je voert controles uit op productkwaliteit en voedselveiligheid en volgt de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsprocedures nauwgezet op.
  • Je controleert CCP's en helpt mee toezien op de correcte toepassing van het HACCP-systeem.
  • Je voert interne laboanalyses uit en registreert de resultaten op een correcte manier.
  • Je staat mee in voor de eindcontrole van afgewerkte producten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij interne audits en helpt mee om eventuele afwijkingen en verbeterpunten op te volgen.
  • Je volgt de werking en correcte instelling van optische controlesystemen mee op.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie en documentatie binnen het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en begeleiding van externe audits volgens onder andere HACCP, IFS en BRC.
  • Je helpt mee bij het organiseren en geven van opleidingen rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid aan medewerkers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie en andere collega's om kwaliteitsproblemen snel te detecteren en structureel op te lossen.
  • Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om jezelf stap voor stap verder te ontwikkelen binnen kwaliteitsmanagement en voedselveiligheid.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in voeding, agro- of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen kwaliteit, voeding of een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen zeker ook in aanmerking.
  • Affiniteit met de voedings- of landbouwsector is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt interesse in HACCP, IFS en BRC en bent gemotiveerd om hierin verder bij te leren.
