Voor een groeiende en technisch sterke productieorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke. In deze functie vorm je de brug tussen productie, engineering en klanten en zorg je ervoor dat onderdelen niet alleen technisch correct geproduceerd worden, maar ook volledig gecontroleerd, gedocumenteerd en opgevolgd zijn.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar precisie, kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan en krijgt de ruimte om zelf mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de kwaliteitsafdeling.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je volgt klantenspecificaties en technische tekeningen nauwgezet op en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Je stelt kwaliteitsplannen op en beheert deze zodat productie en controle volgens vaste standaarden verlopen.
  • Je ondersteunt operatoren bij het verbeteren van meetmethodes en werkinstructies.
  • Je analyseert afwijkingen en non-conformiteiten en werkt samen met productie en engineering aan structurele oplossingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en de verdere uitbouw van kwaliteitssystemen.
  • Je staat mee in voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van het ISO 9001-managementsysteem.
  • Je programmeert en gebruikt een 3D-meetmachine voor nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers, operatoren, engineering en klanten rond kwaliteitsvraagstukken.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica, Ontwerp- en Productietechnologie of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring of een sterke interesse in kwaliteitscontrole, metrologie en technische productie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch.
  • Je kan werken met meetgereedschappen zoals schuifmaat en micrometer. Ervaring met 3D-metingen is een sterke plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel operatoren, techniekers als klanten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Engels of Duits is een pluspunt.
