Daarom zijn we bij Frisse Blikken op zoek naar een junior Learning & Development specialist voor onze Learning Studio! Als JuniorLearning & Developmentspecialist ga je aan de slag met verschillende L&D projecten en uitdagingen voor onze opdrachtgevers. Zo werk je bijvoorbeeld mee aan het bedenken, ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van blended leeroplossingen. Of je bedenkt en faciliteert verschillende leerinterventies, voor doelgroepen variërend van leiders tot trainees. Hiermee help je medewerkers binnen grote organisaties te groeien. Jouw ontwikkeling Jouw groei heeft onze hoogste prioriteit. De learning studio vormt een hecht team, waarin je met en van elkaar leert. Daarnaast leer je door te doen, tijdens de projecten bij de opdrachtgever, en volg je trainingen uit ons ontwikkelprogramma. Je leert jouw talenten, uitdagingen en energiebronnen (beter) kennen. Bij de Volksbank heb ik vier unieke ontwikkelprogramma's opgezet. De doelgroep varieerde van young professionals tot ervaren leiders. Ben Learning & Development Specialist Wat bieden we jou?
