Deine Aufgaben

* Technischer 1st und 2nd Level Support im Bereich Linux Webhosting, Domains, DNS, E-Mail und Webserver

* Analyse und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über unser Ticketsystem

* Troubleshooting von typischen Hosting Themen wie Webseitenfehlern, Zertifikaten, DNS Einträgen, E-Mail Zustellung, Performance Problemen und CMS Fehlern

* Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Hosting Accounts, Domains, E-Mail Konten und Webanwendungen

* Mitarbeit bei Migrationen, Updates und Optimierungen von Kundenumgebungen

* Dokumentation von Lösungen, wiederkehrenden Fehlerbildern und internen Abläufen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Linux System Engineers bei komplexeren technischen Themen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder erste praktische Erfahrung im IT Umfeld

* Grundkenntnisse in Linux oder großes Interesse, dich intensiv in Linux Systeme einzuarbeiten

* Technisches Verständnis für Webhosting, Domains, DNS, E-Mail, Webseiten und Serverdienste

* Erste Erfahrung mit CMS oder Shop Systemen wie WordPress, Shopware, JTL Shop oder ähnlichen Systemen ist von Vorteil

* Freude daran, technische Probleme strukturiert zu analysieren und saubere Lösungen zu finden

* Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise im Kontakt mit Kunden

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstständiger, zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil sowie hohe Lern- und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
