Je combineert het werk op de groep met de dagelijkse leiding. Jij pakt de regie over de locatie, en samen bouwen we aan een stoere plek waar kinderen én ons team volop groeien. Over het werk Samen zorgen we voor een stoere en veilige BSO waar kinderen na schooltijd de wereld ontdekken. We vinden het cruciaal dat kinderen zelfredzaam worden, hun creativiteit ontwikkelen en goed leren samenwerken. Binnen deze avontuurlijke omgeving maak jij als Junior Locatiemanager BSO de mooie overstap naar een coördinerende rol. Waar wij als team zorgen voor een warme basis en een stevig vangnet, pak jij vol verantwoordelijkheid de leiding in de dagelijkse praktijk. Jij bewaart het overzicht op de locatie, en zorgt samen met de afdeling planning voor een optimale bezetting en kloppende roosters. Ook bewaak je in nauwe samenwerking met de pedagogisch coach het pedagogisch klimaat. Je coacht je collega's vol enthousiasme in hun werkzaamheden, geeft met trots rondleidingen aan nieuwe ouders en bent een helder aanspreekpunt voor scholen. Daarnaast heb je een scherpe blik en verzilver je proactief de kansen die je ziet. Je verdeelt je werkweek tussen deze managementtaken en het waardevolle werk als pedagogisch professional op de groep. Zo sta je als meewerkend pedagogisch medewerker lekker dicht bij de praktijk en houd je voeling met de kinderen. Werkdagen stemmen we altijd in goed overleg af, zodat jij op een natuurlijke en zelfverzekerde manier in deze leidinggevende functie kunt groeien.
