Jobomschrijving

Na een uitgebreide en grondige opleidingsperiode krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de dagelijkse werking van de warehouse & logistics afdeling. Je coördineert en organiseert de goederenstromen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Daarbij steek je zelf ook regelmatig de handen uit de mouwen en werk je nauw samen met verschillende productieafdelingen en buitenlandse vestigingen binnen een internationale omgeving.

Je krijgt bovendien ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere optimalisatie van de afdeling. Je detecteert verbeterkansen, werkt concrete voorstellen uit en vertaalt deze naar een onderbouwd investeringsplan. Daarnaast neem je een coachende rol op tegenover de administratieve medewerkers van de afdeling en zorg je voor een goede samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie binnen het team. Je organiseert en neemt actief deel aan afdelingsoverleg en functionele werkgroepen, waardoor je rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering en groei van de logistieke organisatie.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een relevante (logistieke) richting
  • Je hebt reeds leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je bent communicatief en kan collega's motiveren
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig
