Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een (Junior) Maintenance & Reliability Ingenieur. Deze onderneming is actief in de bouwmaterialensector en telt meerdere vestigingen in België en daarbuiten. De productieafdelingen zijn uitgerust met moderne machines en installaties, die voortdurend mee evolueren met de nieuwste technologieën.

Vernieuwing staat hier centraal. Elk jaar wordt er stevig geïnvesteerd in technologie en groei. Om die ontwikkeling verder te ondersteunen, verwelkomen ze graag gemotiveerd technisch talent om het onderhoudsteam te versterken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je onderzoekt storingen op verschillende productiesites in West-Vlaanderen en denkt actief mee na over oplossingen die de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark verbeteren
  • Je werkt mee aan onderhoudsplannen op lange termijn en zorgt ervoor dat die ook effectief uitgevoerd worden
  • Door nauw samen te werken met operatoren en techniekers deel je kennis en maak je echt het verschil op de werkvloer
  • Je verdiept je in grote mechanische installaties, waarbij je o.a. trillingen onderzoekt en inzet op duurzame, robuuste oplossingen
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij complexe technische vragen en helpt mee een cultuur van continu verbeteren op te bouwen
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma als industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, bij voorkeur met een specialisatie in (elektro)mechanica
  • Zowel starters met interesse of ervaren profielen in maintenance & reliability komen in aanmerking
  • Extra punten als je vertrouwd bent met trillingsmetingen of reliability-tools
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels, en hebt bij voorkeur een basis Frans onder de knie
