We are hiring! Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Key Account Manager*in (Vollzeit 38,5h/Woche). 1 Junior Managers Program - Software & KI (w/m/d) Wien 1030, Vollzeit

Aufgaben

* Als treibende Kraft für Innovation entwickelst du neue, zukunftsweisende Software-Geschäftsmodelle und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Position als Technologieführer zu stärken.

* Du konzipierst und realisierst innovative KI-Use-Cases, indem du bestehende Technologien kreativ anwendest, um echten Mehrwert zu schaffen.

* Als Multiplikator*in teilst du dein technisches Wissen aktiv im Team und darüber hinaus, indem du Schulungen und Trainings konzipierst und durchführst.

* Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld und durchläufst im Rahmen unseres Junior Management Programms (JMP) verschiedene Stationen, auch im Ausland (z.B. China).

* Du baust ein starkes internes und externes Netzwerk auf und agierst als kompetente Ansprechperson für verschiedene Stakeholder.

Profil

* Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Du betrachtest Mut, Offenheit, Toleranz und Achtsamkeit als erstrebenswerte Haltungen. Du bist ehrgeizig, belastbar, mobil, kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstark und denkst zukunftsorientiert und analytisch, bist pragmatisch und verfügst über einen hands-on approach

* Erfahrungen und Know-how: Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in anspruchsvollen Praktika in der Industrie (sowohl national wie auch international) gesammelt

* Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes technisches Master- oder Diplomstudium (evtl. bereits MBA, PhD) in den Fachbereichen Informatik, technische Mathematik, Elektronik/Elektrotechnik o.Ä.

* Sprachen: einwandfreies Deutsch & Englisch

Uns ist es wichtig, ein faires Gehalt zu bieten, das deinen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen entspricht. Dieses kann deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag (Metallgewerbe) liegen und startet ab 53.200 EUR brutto pro Jahr für 38,5h/Woche (kein All-In Vertrag).
