Jouw uitdaging

Je krijgt een heel gevarieerd takenpakket en werkt mee aan zowel onze digitale marketing, onze B2C-events als de verdere uitbouw van het merk Huis Van Dijck.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van onze socialmediakanalen
  • Content bedenken, maken en inplannen: posts, stories, reels, nieuwsbrieven, campagnes…
  • Mee bewaken van onze branding en visuele uitstraling
  • Onze websites en online content optimaliseren
  • Werken rond SEO en onze organische vindbaarheid verbeteren
  • SEA- en social advertisingcampagnes opzetten, opvolgen en optimaliseren
  • Resultaten analyseren via data en rapportering: wat werkt, wat niet en waar liggen kansen?
  • Marketingcampagnes uitwerken om leads en aanvragen voor catering en events te genereren
  • Meedenken over hoe we Huis Van Dijck sterker in de markt kunnen zetten
  • B2C-events en commerciële acties bedenken, organiseren én promoten
  • Samenwerkingen, partnerships en andere commerciële opportuniteiten mee uitwerken
  • Foto- en videocontent verzamelen tijdens events en zorgen dat onze realisaties ook online zichtbaar worden
  • Ondersteunen bij beurzen, activaties en andere marketinginitiatieven

Kortom: je zit niet de hele dag achter je laptop. Het ene moment analyseer je een campagne, het volgende maak je content op een event en daarna denk je mee na over hoe we een nieuw concept in de markt kunnen zetten.

We zoeken vooral iemand met goesting, initiatief en een brede interesse in marketing.

Je:

  • hebt een opleiding of eerste ervaring binnen marketing, communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting
  • hebt kennis van SEO, SEA en social media marketing
  • begrijpt dat marketing niet alleen draait om mooie content, maar ook om bereik, conversie, leads en resultaat
  • bent creatief en hebt gevoel voor beeld, tekst en branding
  • kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag initiatief
  • bent georganiseerd en kan verschillende projecten tegelijk opvolgen
  • vindt het leuk om zowel strategisch mee te denken als praktisch uit te voeren
  • bent digitaal sterk en leert snel nieuwe tools kennen
  • bent flexibel: events vinden nu eenmaal niet uitsluitend plaats tijdens kantooruren

Ervaring of affiniteit met catering, horeca, hospitality of events is absoluut een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
