Zur Verstärkung unseres erfolgreichen Einkauf-Teams in Fehring suchen wir 1 Junior Material Planer (w/m/d), Werk Fehring Sie möchten erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf und in der Materialplanung sammeln oder haben bereits erste Berührungspunkte in diesem Bereich? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und gestalten Sie aktiv die Materialversorgung für unser Werk in Fehring mit.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Eigenverantwortliche Disposition und Bestellabwicklung von Materialien inklusive Lieferterminverfolgung, Mahnwesen, Reklamationsbearbeitung und Stammdatenpflege

* Einholung, Prüfung und Aufbereitung von Angeboten

* Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse

* Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Lieferperformance sowie der Lager- und Bestandskennzahlen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen im Bereich Lager- und Bestandsmanagement

* Ansprechpartner:in für interne Kund:innen sowie für das internationale Commodity Management

* Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen (Supplier Relationship Management)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL, FH, Universität) oder erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Umfeld

* Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

* Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

* Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
