Locatie: Oss. Door de groei binnen de organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Mechanical Engineer. Totaaloplossingen bieden voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie middels robotica- en handlingsystemen is waar dit bedrijf gespecialiseerd in is. Voor elke klantwens ontwerpt en ontwikkelt het bedrijf een hightech geautomatiseerde machine of complete productielijn. Kennis en duurzaamheid zijn speerpunten binnen de organisatie. De klanten bevinden zich met name in Nederland en de cultuur kenmerkt zich als: open, innovatief, no-nonsense en professioneel. Als Junior Mechanical Engineer ga je in teamverband of zelfstandig, dit ligt aan de grootte van het project, complete productielijnen en machines naar de wens van de klant ontwerpen, berekenen en tekenen. TakenHet zelfstandig ontwikkelen en uitwerken van nieuwe profielen en vormdelen en het opstellen en uitwerken van verbeteropdrachten; Het verder ontwikkelen en continue verbeteren van ons eigen machinepark; Het technisch verbeteren van onze gereedschappen en verder automatiseren van onze productie; Het uitvoeren van diverse testen en analyses in het eigen lab behoort ook tot de taken van de Junior Mechanical Engineer; De technische ondersteuning van de Sales Director en de teams Converting en Extrusion & Moulding en het doen van aanbevelingen in de pilot-product fase; Het opstellen van technische specificaties van de producten en het vertalen hiervan naar de functionele specificaties; Je onderhoudt als Junior Mechanical Engineer contacten met leveranciers van toegewezen Key-accounts; Het technische tekenwerk; VereistenEen afgeronde HBO opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering of soortge.
